Management is very helpful and friendly, especially Lidiana at the main office, she answered all my questions and made everything easy when choosing my floor plan. The location is perfect with quick access to I-10 and 99, maintenance is reliable, and the overall environment is welcoming and well-kept. Highly recommend if you’re on the hunt for a place to call home! The community truly feels safe and comfortable."

"Been living here for almost 4 years its been a fantastic experience at Seacrest! The location is perfect t's tucked away enough to be quiet but literally minutes from LaCenterra or Katy Asian Town and the best food in Katy (shoutout to Fusion Grill nearby!). The amenities feel like a vacation; I spend a lot of time at the resort-style pool and the gym. Rick Rice Park next to the apartments are perfect to go outside and get some cardio. My apartment has great finishes like quartz countertops and a private patio that actually feels private. Plus, being right off I-10 and the Grand Parkway makes my commute a breeze. If you want luxury vibes in a prime Katy spot, this is it!"

"I love this complex! They take the time to bring the community together each month, the office staff is amazingly helpful and always kind and the apartments themselves are beautifully laid out and maintained. Being zoned for a great school is a bonus!"
